MiSuite

In pilot

Salon support during the pilot.

Pilot salons are set up on-site and have a direct line — phone and email — to the person who builds MiSuite. There’s no ticket queue and no call centre; that’s the point of a small pilot.

Day-to-day salon help lives on the product’s own site: misuite.com.au/support.

Something's wrong at the till mid-service. What now?

Call or text first — don't email. The tablet also has a Diagnostics screen under the manager section that shows connectivity and the last sync; reading that back speeds things up enormously.

Can I take card payments through MiSuite yet?

Not yet. Tap-to-pay on a terminal integrated with the till is still going through the provider’s certification. During the pilot, card sales go through your existing terminal and are recorded in MiSuite as a card tender, so your reporting stays complete. Online deposits and gift cards already run through Stripe.

Will my customers get texts during the pilot?

Only once you're on the production environment with a registered sender. Before that, no message-sending is switched on at all — deliberately, so a test can never text a real customer. Anything that would normally promise a text says something else instead until it's live.

How do I get my existing customers and price list in?

Export them from your current system as CSV — customers, services and products, staff, and any outstanding gift-card balances. The tablet imports each of those, normalises phone numbers, and flags likely duplicates for you to merge rather than joining them silently.

Where is my salon's data stored?

On Microsoft Azure in the Australia East region — Sydney. Card numbers are never stored by us: card-present data stays on the Tyro terminal, and online payments go directly to Stripe.

HoopBoard

In development

Scoreboard questions.

Does HoopBoard need an internet connection?

No. HoopBoard runs entirely on your tablet — there's no account and no sign-in. You can use it courtside with no signal.

Which devices are supported?

Tablets of 11 inches or larger, in landscape. iPad comes first, with Android tablets to follow and a Windows build alongside. Phones and small tablets aren't supported — the layout is designed to be read from the bench, not held in a hand.

The Pro subscription is sold on iPad and Android. App-store subscriptions aren't supported on Windows, so HoopBoard on Windows is free-tier only.

How do I unlock Pro?

Open HoopBoard and start the Pro free trial from inside the app. It's billed through your app-store account after the 1-month trial — see the pricing details.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID (or Google account), open HoopBoard, and tap Restore Purchases in settings. Your Pro subscription reactivates automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your device, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HoopBoard → Cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Billing and refunds are handled by the app store, not by us.

I found a bug, or I want a feature.

Email us with your device and what happened. Feedback from real game days shapes what gets built next — it's the most useful thing you can send.
